| Airport Ice Arena Closing? |
While we do not, in the course of business, respond to rumors generated by irresponsible people, we are compelled to make an official statement as it appears that there are those who are interested in interfering with the growth of the Aviator program. We ask anyone who has heard these rumors to question the character and integrity of the person spreading rumors which are completely false.
While the Airport Ice Arena is available for sale, as most or all privately-owned ice arenas in the Pittsburgh region are, it is not closing and has never had any plans to close. If anyone has heard rumors to the contrary, please report the source of the rumor to the Airport Ice Arena management. In the meantime, the Airport Ice Arena is open for business and is expanding its programming for the summer and fall and has committed ice to its current customers for the 2008-2009 season. In addition, the Airport Ice Arena will be hosting five tournaments sponsored by Advanced Tournaments. We look forward to serving you in the future and if anyone has any suggestions in respect to programming they desire to have at the Airport Ice Arena, please contact arena management. |
